I like fresh market. I've lived in this area my whole life and have always come here. For the people now complaining about the standards of food....I'd like you to reconsider who is in charge of the standards of food and who deregulated that.....someone complained about Argentina beef from a bag.....we gonna blame fresh market for the produce parasite too? Think about it....is it really fresh markets fault? The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and if you ask any question they are kind enough to help and point you in the correct direction. There is always room for improvement because I try for perfection but the standards are not lacking at this place.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Fresh Market. Yesterday, I purchased approximately $60 worth of Argentine beef for an outdoor barbecue with five people. While cooking the meat, we noticed an unusual odor, but because we were also grilling sausages and burgers, we didn’t immediately realize where it was coming from. Once the first pieces were cut and served, it became obvious that the smell was coming from the beef. The odor was absolutely disgusting and made the meat impossible to eat. Our entire barbecue was ruined, and the meal we had planned turned into nothing more than sausages and snacks. To make matters worse, one person who ate some of the meat became sick afterward and experienced vomiting. For a store that promotes itself as offering premium products, this level of quality control is completely unacceptable. Based on this experience, I have lost confidence in purchasing meat from Fresh Market and will not be returning for this type of purchase. I hope management takes food quality and food safety concerns seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

The Fresh Market’s chicken pot pie is hands-down the worst thing I’ve ever purchased from a grocery store.I actually chose to eat my dog’s Farmer’s Dog food instead of finishing this thing. That’s not a joke. The dog food looked fresher, smelled better, and was far more appetizing than this excuse for a chicken pot pie. For a store known for quality, this was shockingly awful. One star only because zero isn’t an option.

I visited early Sunday morning and appreciated how calm the atmosphere was. Fresh bread had just been put out, and several sections were being stocked for the day. The employees seemed genuinely friendly instead of just going through the motions, which made the visit pleasant.
